Every Manzuri product is waterproof (except where mentioned specifically) and made with body-safe silicone. This is the same silicone that is used widely for medical equipments. Neither our products nor any of our packaging components contain phthalates

Here at Manzuri, we bend over backwards to provide you with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We make sure you get your order on time, securely and discreetly packaged. We take 2-3 days to process your order at our warehouse. This includes checking for defects, ensuring hygiene and sanitation and packaging your products discreetly.

Your order will arrive in discreet, plain brown packaging from “Shipping Department” with no indication of what’s inside. Smaller packages may also arrive in discreet, plain bubble envelopes.

Your orders will be processed within 1 to 2 working days from receipt of the order. Once your order has been picked up for delivery, you will receive a shipping notification email with the tracking number. Delivery period may vary depending on your location. 

We offer expedited shipping in certain cases such as birthdays and other celebratory occasions. Please bear in mind that this is conditional on the availability of stock for the product and the delivery location. Please check with our customer service after you have placed an order.

Fret not, we got you! If you have ordered multiple things, some of which are not readily available with us, then we will send them to you in separate batches so that you don’t have to wait too long to get started. This will be in compliance to the time frame promised to you for the delivery of your products.

We want to make sure you receive your goodies! If you realize the issue before you’ve received a tracking number or shipping notification, email care@manzuriwellness as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to intercept and redirect your order.

Absolutely! You can gift anything in our online store. Simply enter your giftee’s address during checkout and we’ll make sure the package arrives at their door. Our invoices do not include pricing so the lucky recipient will never know what you spent.

We are super cautious about our products and their hygiene and want to bring only the best to you. This is why unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns on our product once the order is received by the customer.


  • We accept cancellation requests within 36 hours of placing the order or before your order is shipped from our warehouse – whichever is earlier.
  • You can reach out to us at care@manzuriwellness.com with your cancellation request and details, and we’ll take it from there. Please note, your cancellation request will NOT be considered valid until you email us within 36 hours (or before your order is shipped). No other forms of communication are considered valid.
    Example – If you call us or whatsapp us to cancel your order, it is NOT an official intent to cancel the order. Cancellation intent has to be explicitly communicated via email in the stipulated time frame.
  • Pre-Order orders, once placed, cannot be cancelled. In case we fail to fulfill your pre-ordered product within 90 days of you placing the order, we will cancel your order and give you a full refund
